In spring 2009 a stunning piece of land became available at the best address in Southern Phuket.   Our European development team knew this opportunity would not come again, and something just short of a proverbial ‘king’s ransome’ was handed over to aquire this last piece of property in the already developed exclusive Soi Ruam Nanachat (international road in Thai). Like they say…location, location, location.   The Thai ‘award winning’ architects The Axil Group were appointed to come up with something very special to occupy our prime real estate. They didn’t let us down, and three month later the concept for Nanachat Villas became a reality.

    A total of seven villas seemed to fit the land best, with enough elbow room for complete privacy. Originally the villas were designed with three bedrooms, but it was later decided that it was better to have two superb spacious sleeping quarters than three average ones. If you have that many guests simply put them in a sea view pool villa at the nearby Evason Hotel. There won’t be any complaints. So this house is a little selfish in that respect, it’s primarily for the owner’s lifestyle. Why I hear you ask? Because you deserve it.
    Approaching a Nanachat Villa you’ll be forgiven for not knowing what’s going on inside. It was designed that way, the house actually faces away from the road towards the nearby hills. Just a double covered area for two limousines is all that greets you. A gentleman’s home is after all his castle. And this is a very private castle indeed.

    To separate Nanachat Villas from the crowd we knew our features had to be that little bit special , so amongst other ideas we extended the pool. As you swim towards your private shady sala you’ll pass three water features en-route, try doing that in an ordinary pool villa. Once there you can look back on your magnificent investment, and take in the beautifully landscaped grounds that you’ve help design. Each individual villa can reflect your particular personality, like the landscaping and internal ceramics. Want wild grass from New England instead of the ubiquitous bougainvillea, not a problem. ‘Cookie cutter’ homes are not part of the concept for Nanachat Villas. Vive la difference.
